When an NYPD police officer celebrates their 35 year anniversary with the force, you know that he (or she) loves their work. And when there is a big party and cake for all the rest of the officers, you know they love him (or her) also.

Maddie created this special cake for an officer that even showed their badge and badge ID number. She used the gunmetal silver for the decorations, used a fondant icing, and the cake inside was chocolate.

There was a big celebration of thanks for this officers service over the decades. The custom cake was a centerpiece, along with the officer. We were proud to help with this project.
